No other space has ever presented such luxury and relaxation to so many people at the same time.

Villa Annita spreads in two distinct levels in a total area of 120 sq. meters. It offers 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, as well as a superb exterior Jacuzzi spa bath at its private garden. In its decors, the shades of white play the protagonist role which brilliantly co-exist with the ample natural light streaming from the kitchen’s see-through ceiling, thus gloriously revealing the handmade furniture and the plants in the ultimate natural ambience.

Villa Annita provides its guests with contemporary comforts, such as a satellite TV system, a Wi-Fi internet connection, a fully equipped kitchen with a Smeg fridge, as well as with other facilities that will differentiate your stay from others you have experienced in the past through, for example, the rich, traditional breakfast served in your Villa on a daily basis.

The allure of the landscape in combination with the warm and hospitable manners of the island of Astypalaia, ensure a highly experiential stay.
